My wife and I were very please with Greg. He was outstanding in helping us navigate the Medicare process. He held our hand throughout the process and was very prompt and professional in our dealings. Tracy was also great to work with in working with her on securing our Medigap coverage. So glad we decided to go with the Medicare Coach.

I originally signed with Medicare Coach a few years back after seeing their introductory webinar, not knowing at the time that I would not be retiring for a few more years. When I contacted them a few years later, there was no issue. I met with Greg who (almost literally) held my hand though the entire Medicare enrollment process (including referring me to Laura at Keating for help with the Social Security process, and later to Tracy for help with my Medigap enrollment). They all made the various processes far simpler and less stressful than I envisioned they would be (and would have been had I attempted them on my own).

The coaches are super informed and polite and detail specific and make sense out of a confusing program with pitfalls if you don't pay attention to ensure your specific needs align with the selections you make. They delivered what they promised and were very flexible with scheduling and rescheduling due to I did not receive my Medicare number until the last minute, not Medicare Coach issue, SSA office had the issue. I did my own research and I came up with the same outcome of the best supplemental plans and part D plans. Also I agree with their reasons why it was important for me to choose original Medicare based on my health history. The sign up took less than 30 mins when it was time to implement supplemental and Part D. Melissa was very knowledgeable. Looking forward to continue with them reviewing part D each year.

I recommend anyone needing help navigating Medicare to contact The Medicare Coach, they bring much more value than the cost. I considered it an investment rather than an expense and now have peace of mind knowing I made an informed decision.
