Emily Gang

Over the past many years, Emily has changed the way people make their Medicare decision. She has helped thousands of people navigate Medicare rules and insurance company confusion to help them make their right Medicare decision to protect their healthcare rights and retirement savings.

Emily has combined her seven-year experience managing risk for Goldman Sachs and her passion for helping people; to revolutionize the way people make a Medicare decision to save people time and money.

Emily has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, Retirement Resource Center, and has presented for Thrivent Financial and other financial planning organizations.

During Emily’s free time, she enjoys any and all outdoor activities like skiing and golfing, especially if her husband and son are with her! She currently goes between Kansas and Colorado.

Jordan

Jordan joined The Medicare Coach with an extensive background in client-centered services. She worked for her state’s Area for Aging to advocate and educate seniors on various government benefits. Her extensive government experience is incredibly valuable to our clients, and her parents, as they navigate the Medicare system.

In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, being outdoors, cooking, and spoiling her nieces and nephews.

Summer

With over seven years of experience in benefits administration and human resources, Summer brings extensive expertise in healthcare benefits coordination, administrative operations, and troubleshooting consumer issues—making her a valuable asset to our mission of delivering clear, reliable Medicare guidance. With a strong background in managing special projects, benefit plans, and high-volume client data, Summer excels at keeping details organized and processes efficient. Summer’s approachable communication style, technical proficiency, and proactive mindset make her a natural fit for delivering seamless service to both clients and internal teams.

During her free time, Summer enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful children whether that be outside on their South Carolina farm with all the amazing animals they have or getting together with friends for a night filled with good laughs and even better company!

Miranda

Miranda joined The Medicare Coach after being a Medicare insurance agent for many years. While she loved Medicare, so she was excited to join the Medicare Coach where she can provide unbiased advice not influenced by insurance companies or commissions. She is dedicated to helping people make major healthcare and retirement transitions as she has seen firsthand how much misinformation is out there.

In her personal time, Miranda enjoys spending time with her son, getting lost in a good book, enjoying nature, and attending or watching St. Louis Blues hockey games.

Greg

Greg joined the Medicare Coach in 2020 after an illustrious career as a high school math teacher and head principal. Greg has a passion for education, mathematics, solving problems and advocating for people. Greg enjoys helping his clients, friends and family understand Medicare and make the right Medicare decision as they approach Medicare and retirement.

When Greg isn’t working with his clients, he loves spending time with his wife of many years Leslie and their 3 beautiful daughters. They enjoy visiting Wrigley field to watch the Cub’s play, visiting with their Grandchildren and all-around having tons of dedicated family time, especially since he spends his time between Colorado and his home state Kansas.

Calvin

After Calvin graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College, he spent 29 years in the health insurance field. His background prior to transitioning to Medicare expertise was claims, retiree plans, and learning & development at one of the largest insurance companies in the country.

Away from work, Calvin enjoys the excitement that New York and other surrounding states offer with his family and friends. He enjoys hiking in the Catskill mountains or traveling into New York City to enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells.

Melissa

With over 18 years of experience in the medical field, Melissa embarked on her journey in compounding pharmacy while simultaneously pursuing studies in Medical Assisting and Health Care Administration. Her extensive education and hands-on experience in healthcare have paved the way for her impactful work with Medicare beneficiaries, focusing on education and advocacy. Prior to joining the Medicare Coach, Melissa spent nearly 7 years at the Area of Aging specializing in Medicare.

In her leisure time, she finds joy in the company of her large family, adding a delightful and fulfilling side quest to her day-to-day life. An upbeat and fun lifestyle is exactly what our Michigan based coach prides herself on, day in and day out!

Sara

Sara' joined the Medicare Coach with a passion to help others with their important Medicare decision. As her siblings and friends approach their Medicare decision, she realized how important it is to get Medicare right when first joining Medicare. Sara is also the lead Coach during Medicare’s Open Enrollment Period, so most of our clients get to work with Sara each October.

Outside of her coaching practice, Sara is active in her four busy teenagers activities and even helps coach the middle school cheerleaders.

Nancy

Nancy brings over eight years of experience in healthcare support and client services, with a specialized focus on Medicare. As our Help Desk Specialist, helps in resolving complex questions, clarifying benefits, and troubleshooting issues.. Nancy’s experience working with major healthcare providers like Aetna, Cigna, and CVS, enables her to help our clients navigate the Medicare system. Fluent in both English and Spanish, her deep knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations—including enrollment periods, eligibility, penalties, claims, and benefits—makes her a vital resource for both our team and the clients we serve.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys being a mom to her amazing children, hanging out with her friends and family and just overall enjoying all the fun things there are to do in the Texas area.

Ireland

With several years of experience in healthcare and customer-focused roles, Ireland brings a strong background in client service, healthcare coordination, and team leadership to her role as Administrative Services Manager. With experience in both front-line patient support and operational oversight, she excels at assisting clients with their needs, ensuring follow-through, and creating a seamless experience throughout their Medicare journey. Her combination of professionalism, empathy, and dependability makes her a true advocate for our clients and makes her exactly the kind of person you want in your corner.

On her free time, Ireland loves to hang out with friends and family, enjoying laughs and good company.

Alex

With a passion for helping others and a strong background in many different administrative support roles, Alex brings both warmth and efficiency to her role as our Office Coordinator. She serves as a key point of contact for our clients navigating Medicare services, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident. Alex is known for her attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and genuine care for the individuals she assists. Whether she's coordinating appointments, managing additional information needed for our clients' files, or streamlining office operations, her dedication helps make the Medicare process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her son as she is now a first-time mom, exploring local fun events in her new home of North Carolina.

Louis

Louis brings a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to his role as our Client Intake Coordinator. With a solid foundation in customer service, call center operations, and administrative support, Louis is committed to creating a welcoming and smooth intake experience for each and every client he serves as he is the base of our entire Onboarding team. His background includes managing inbound and outbound communications, resolving client concerns with care and efficiency, and navigating sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.

Outside of the office, he enjoys living an active lifestyle as he is in constant training for many different 5K’s and Marathons all around the Colorado area. When he is not training, he can be found capturing life’s most special moments through his camera lenses as he has a very creative passion for pictures, video diaries, sketching and any other passions that help stimulate his creative side!
